ATTN: is launching a new, long-form video series today on YouTube called "Paying Attention". The series is hosted by ATTN:’s Co-Founder and Editor in Chief Matthew Segal. Each episode of "Paying Attention" will focus on an important issue and will feature prominent voices on that topic, ranging from politicians to celebrities to activists and entrepreneurs. The first episode, below, features actor and activist George Takei and focuses on LGBT rights and their future in a Trump Administration.

“ATTN: has had great success with short videos on Facebook, but in shooting interviews for Facebook, we were leaving so much great footage in the editing room,” said Matthew Segal, ATTN: Co-Founder and Editor in Chief. “Paying Attention’s longer format gives us the opportunity to do a deeper dive into the issues we cover and share some really great interviews with a new audience on YouTube.”

Episodes of Paying Attention will be released weekly on attn.com and YouTube and shorter cut downs will be available on Facebook and Instagram. The pilot episode with Bill Maher (below), released in late December, was the #1 Trending Video on YouTube and has over 4 million views. Other upcoming guests include Senators Elizabeth Warren and Lindsey Graham, California Lieutenant Governor Gavin Newsom, Dirty Job's Mike Rowe, Alyssa Milano, Connor Franta and Congressman Keith Ellison.
